The hotel reception staff spoke English fluently and were helpful. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel's location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and a bus station right in front. The internet was fast and reliable. The shower provided a pleasant and comfortable experience.

The hotel offered free breakfast and it was quite delicious. There were a variety of options to choose from and it definitely filled us up for the day. The location of the hotel was great, it was very close to the city center which made it convenient for us to explore and go shopping.- The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.
One of the main issues we had was with the staff. They weren't very friendly or helpful, and there were communication barriers as they didn't speak much English.

Great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The hotel's location near the central shopping area and the renovated synagogue is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful, with good English. The rooms are comfortable and come with AC. The breakfast provided is also excellent, offering a range of choices to start the day.
No negative aspect to mention, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located, being a short walk away from the central shopping area and the central market. It is also close to the synagogue, making it ideal for those looking to visit religious sites. It is easy to walk into the city centre from the hotel, allowing for easy exploration. the rooms are nicely furnished and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, with some members being able to speak English, ensuring smooth communication. the breakfast, though initially lacking, improved over the days and was excellent on most occasions.
Some communication difficulties were faced due to language barriers, which caused frustration during the payment process.
